Mr. Quintin Kelly

Quintin Kelly was appointed to the Brunswick County, Virginia Industrial Development Authority (IDA) in July 2022 to represent the Powellton District as the Secretary-Treasure / Clerk.

Quintin was raised in Brunswick County, Virginia and is a graduate of Brunswick Senior High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management and Development from Bluefield College and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Criminal Justice Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Quintin has 35 years of experience in public safety and is a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) National Academy Class 242 and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Drug Unit Commanders Academy. He is a member of the FBI National Academy Associates (FBINAA) and a licensed realtor.
