Brunswick County Industrial Authority engaged BBPC to conduct a study to determine the required support and feasibility of a small business incubator. Incubator feasibility projects aim to determine how effective such a program can be in generating new jobs and businesses within a specific region as well as how much if any public subsidies should be allocated to fund facility operations both in incipient stages and thereafter.
